I already have a QR code pasted outside for customers to make payment, why do I need the soundbox?
- Soundbox ensures that all payments made are verified and accurate. Any over or under payment can be detected through the sound announced

How do I know how much sales was made in the day?
- Each merchant will have their own merchant dashboard (web-based) to keep track of their sales
- Transactions are synced in real time to the cloud for reports generation
When will I receive the sales proceeds?
- Payouts are made T + 1 working day (excluding weekends and PH) via bank transfer
- Payout reports can be viewed on merchant dashboard account
What apps can be used to scan the QR code?
- PayNow/PayLah! (across all SG banks), GrabPay, GooglePay
How to apply KYC
1. Company Registered Name recorded by ACRA.
2. Store Name that displayed on the front signage of your shop/store.
3. Store Address, including unit number (if applicable), postal code, block, street name, and building name (if applicable).
4. Soundbox Serial Number:
  - Located on the label at the back of the Soundbox device.
  - Important: Key in the serial number correctly to avoid complications.
5. Store Front Photo showing the store name, as displayed on the front signage.
6. ACRA (Registrar of Companies) : The document should not be older than 6 months.
7. Bank Statement:
Either a copy of a printed bank statement or a screenshot of the online banking environment is accepted. The document uploaded must show the following clearly as shown below, otherwise, it will be rejected:
1. Account holder name/Company name (e.g. ABCD Pte Ltd)
2. Account number
3. Name and logo of the bank
4. The document uploaded must not be older than 6 months

What is Merchant Terms & Conditions?
1. Claim for FREE: Merchant receives Soundbox and a compatible data SIM for $0. This promotion lasts until 29 Feb 2024.
2. 0% MDR: Promotional rate lasts until 31 March 2024. Subsequently, the MDR rate reverts to 0.4%.
3. $100 cash reward: $100 cashback incentive applicable after $10,000 is transacted through Soundbox by 30 June 2024. Valid for merchants onboarded within the launch promo window.
4. Transaction inactivity: Qashier reserves the right to claw back the hardware (Soundbox + data sim) if the merchant does not transact any amount within 60 days of Soundbox activation.
5. Payout withholding: For verification and security purposes, Qashier reserves the right to withhold payout if the merchant fails to submit a copy of their bank statement and a photo of their storefront within 7 days.
How To Create a Qashier merchant account?
1. Create a Qashier merchant account Via QR Code, https://hq.qashier.com/#/signup (Referral Code: WIP).
2. Enter your promoter ID (Eg. IK01) into the “Referral Code” field given to you upon account creation. If the merchant doesn’t have an email address, sign up for one via GMAIL.
3. Once a merchant account is created, go to “Payment Management” and click on “Apply Now” under PayNow for Soundbox to apply for Soundbox.
  - Assist merchants in applying for PayNow payment.
  - Input details for PayNow application for the merchant (Do not use personal PayNow details).
  - Screenshot of Merchant corporate bank account and block out the bank balance.
  - Submitting of KYC documents on behalf of the merchant.
  - Ensure PayNow application is approved
4. Configure Soundbox for merchant use
  1. Link Soundbox serial number to QashierHQ web page under settings.
  2. Guide the merchant on the basic of operating and charging of the Soundbox
  3. Attached the backplate to Soundbox and write the Qashier support number bigger for the merchant.
5. Remove all existing SGQR decals from the store.
6. Logout from Merchant’s Qashier Account, help merchants to login to their Qashier account on their device and provide the merchant with their login details.
